1Care Hospice is a Nevada-based hospice and palliative care provider dedicated to helping patients live with comfort, dignity, and peace wherever they call home. We care for adults and children across the Las Vegas Valley, Reno, Carson City, and surrounding communities through home-based hospice, palliative support, and coordinated services.
Our interdisciplinary team includes hospice physicians, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, social workers, chaplains, therapists, hospice aides, and trained volunteers. Together, we focus on expert symptom management, pain control, emotional and spiritual support, and guidance for families making complex medical decisions at the end of life.
1Care Hospice is accredited by CHAP (Community Health Accreditation Partner) and is a Medicare & Medicaid certified hospice provider. As part of the 1Care Health family, we partner closely with hospitals, clinics, and home health agencies to deliver seamless transitions of care.
