About 1Care Health | Hospice, Home Health & Compassionate Care in Nevada
Delivering exceptional hospice and home health services across Nevada with a commitment to dignity, compassion, and community trust.

Welcome to 1Care Health
Improving Lives Through Care.
1Care Health provides a wide range of home‑based services across Nevada — bringing coordinated, patient‑centered support to people where they live. Within this system, 1Care Hospice focuses specifically on hospice and palliative care, delivering comfort, symptom management, and compassionate guidance for patients and families.
As 1Care Health grows, our goal is simple: the right care, in the right place, at the right time — whether that’s hospice & palliative care through 1Care Hospice or other home health and therapy services through our broader organization.
Our Mission & Values
Compassion first. Excellence always. Care that honors dignity at every step.
At 1Care Hospice, our mission is to enhance quality of life for individuals and families facing serious illness—providing comfort, symptom management, and support for the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those we serve. We believe the best time to understand hospice and palliative options is before they’re needed, so families can make confident, proactive decisions.
Established in 2020 and serving communities across Nevada—including Reno and Las Vegas— 1Care Hospice is part of 1Care Health, a growing organization dedicated to care at home. While 1Care Hospice focuses on hospice & palliative care, 1Care Health offers a broader range of services so people can get the right care, in the right place, at the right time.
- Compassion — We meet every person and family with empathy and respect.
- Excellence — We hold ourselves to high clinical and ethical standards.

Eddie Belluomini, RN
Chief Operating Officer
Eddie Belluomini serves as the Chief Operating Officer of 1Care Health, bringing more than 15 years of nursing experience and over a decade in hospice leadership to his role. Known for his hands-on leadership style, Eddie remains closely connected to patient care while guiding operational strategy for one of Nevada’s fastest-growing home health and hospice providers. He is deeply committed to 1Care’s mission of delivering compassionate, values-driven end-of-life care.
Before joining 1Care in 2021, Eddie held executive leadership roles in hospice organizations across Nevada. A registered nurse by training, he has served in nearly every role in hospice—from Case Manager and Admissions Nurse to IPU Nurse, Clinical Supervisor, Director of Patient Care, and Vice President of Operations. His wide-ranging experience gives him a unique understanding of the clinical and operational nuances that define quality hospice care.
Eddie’s passion for hospice is deeply personal. His mother passed away from breast cancer at the age of 39, at a time when hospice care was not available to their family. That loss continues to fuel his dedication to ensuring others receive the compassionate support his own family didn’t have. “There is no greater honor than caring for those in need at the end of life,” he says.
Before entering healthcare, Eddie served his country and community with distinction. He spent over a decade as a police officer with the Honolulu Police Department and previously served in the United States Navy, stationed at Pearl Harbor. A combat veteran, he proudly served aboard the USS Worden (CG 18) during Operation Desert Storm and remains an active member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) in Las Vegas. In addition to his leadership at 1Care, Eddie contributes to statewide advocacy as a member of the State of Nevada’s Palliative Care and Quality of Life Advisory Council.
Eddie is especially proud of 1Care’s people-first culture—where compassion comes before profit, and teams are empowered to care for patients like family.
Outside of work, Eddie enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending quality time with his wife and two children. He is also an active community volunteer, supporting charitable organizations throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
